How are the tents/canopies secured to the ground?

All tents are staked into the ground, however cement weights are available for an additional charge. Canopies on the other hand, are secured to the ground using sand bags.

Why am I been charged a delivery fee?

Delivering an order incurs many expenses that are not covered by the rental rate. Our delivery charges are very reasonable, and are calculated based on your location.

What is the difference between a Canopy and a Tent?

A canopy is a lighter-duty tent, that can be installed in less than an hour.

Do you provide Free site visit?

Yes, we do provide free site inspection within the GTA East area, a fee applies for all other areas. Contact us for more details.

I want to rent a canopy, but what happens if it rains?

Not to worry, All of our canopies and tents are 100% waterproof. If it does rain, all of your guests and merchandise will remain dry.

Why do I need to pay Provincial Sales Tax (PST) when renting?

We sent a letter to the Government of Ontario with regards to this matter. The response was clear; PST is to be charged to the end user of a product or service including rentals. We only collect tax, we do not keep it.

I rented some items but I didn't end up using them, what options do I have?

While you are in possession of a rental item, it is unavailable to other customers. Therefore the rental charge still applies whether items were used or not.
