Placing an Order
Picking up your Order
All orders require a completed rental agreement form. All small orders are available for pickup from our convenient storage location. Upon pick-up, our staff will demonstrate how to properly use and set-up your equipment. Full payment is required upon pick-up of rental equipment, (see below for more details on payment).
Delivery Charge
We Deliver, Setup, and Pickup
Delivery charge is $20-$100 within the G.T.A. Additional charges may apply. Delivery charges are calculated based on delivery address and are additional to any and all rental costs. Delivery is to ground level of your home/office, deliveries to lower or higher levels are subject to a service charge. For further information on deliveries outside the G.T.A please contact us. There is a $100 minimum order for delivery.
Payment
Payments can be made by either cash, cheque, or credit card and is due upon delivery or pick-up of your requested rental item (s). We require a 50% non-refundable deposit, on all reservations. Invoices are regularly sent out by email within 48hrs hours after order has been placed but can be available sooner upon request. All cheques should be made payable to: AllCargos
